Ayurvedic treatment is the oldest method of holistic healing to man as it originated a long time ago in our country. The word Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word: Ayu means life and veda means knowledge. This knowledge of life is the way to chording our body and feel, which raises well-being and assists us to keep disease away.

Ayurveda is the most honest system of favourable medicine acknowledged to man and is getting more common than ever, since people search for natural means to live healthier and in sound conditions happier. So if we are looking for a better life, there is nothing better than Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is part of the sacred tradition of the Sanatana Dharma Universal, or Vedic faith. In addition, fats are used both for consumption and for external use.Minerals, including sulfur, arsenic, lead, copper sulfate and gold are also consumed as prescribed.This practice of adding minerals to herbal medicine is known as rasa shastra.

Ayurvedic treatments are based on relationship of body and mind and the particular individual nature of the individual being treated after understanding the function of the body.

Once we achieve a perfect balance of these three doshas, a person is at the peak of health. Hence illness or poor health problem is occured due to the imbalance of these three doshas.

Ayurvedic knowledge was passed down from generation to generation, orally and then finally put into writing in the Vedas, which are considered to be the oldest writings in the Earth.
