Can coffee enema really help us to cleanse our body and eliminate toxins?

So, how does coffee enema works at the first place?

Liver is one of the most important organs in our body. It’s the place where poisonous and toxic materials are handled and expelled from our body. The foods that we are eating nowadays are highly processed and added chemical ingredients. Although these foods are not poisonous enough to kill, they are harmful to our body. Our liver has to work overtime and handle more poisons and toxins than ever.

When these toxins are accumulating, they are potentially harmful to our body and started to cause some problems such as obesity, allergies, headache, constipation, joint pains, etc. When the coffee is introduced into our body through our anus, the body absorbs the caffeine in the coffee quicker. It stimulates the liver and gall bladder to produce more bile and clear more toxins away. When the small intestines are full of liquid, the body will then release all the toxins, bile and coffee into the toilet bowl.

Although there are many ways of doing coffee enema, the following way is the one I used almost everyday:

1. Mix 2 teaspoon of coffee and 0.5 litres of water in a pot and boil it for 10 minutes. Make sure the coffee you are using aren’t decaffeinated or low quality.

2. After boiling, pour it into a jug which contains 1 litre of purified or filtered water.

3. Check and make sure that the temperature is around 40 degrees Celsius. It is important to keep the temperature low so that your internal organs are not harmed.

4. Pour it into a reusable enema bag and hang it at the door knob or something that is almost the same height.

5. Cover the end of the tube with some olive oil, grapefruit oil or any oil that is not highly processed.

6. Insert the 2 inches of the tube into your anus.

7. Lie down on the floor in the toilet on your right. You can put a mat or towel on the floor.

8. Allow the coffee to start going in your body and hold it for 10 to 15 minutes. If you can’t hold that long (especially on the first few times), just let it out and don’t tolerate it.

That’s all for doing a successful coffee enema. Repeat it everyday for a week. Try not to use more than 2 teaspoons of coffee powder. Lastly, remember to relax when the coffee are going in. You might not even be able to hold 500 ml of coffee at the beginning. So, just let it out when you feel to.

After letting the coffee, toxins and wastes out from your body, you might realized that the liquid stool in the toilet bowl is black in color. The smell will probably be horrible and won’t go off in an hour. Those are the ‘things’ that are in our body and causing some health problems with have.
