and cancer. Fat levels differ from one person to another and it is very important to maintain level of fats in your body as excess of fats is very harmful for your health.

One thing should be considered, that low fat diet does not mean no fats in your diet, and in this diet you only limit the quantity of fats to the required amount. Trans and saturated fats should be avoided as they raise the level of cholesterol in your body making you prone to heart related disorders. Other sources of trans fats are, commercial bakery goods such as; biscuits, crackers, cakes, French fries and much more. These fatty acids are toxic substances which stick to the walls of the arteries and ultimately, promoting atherosclerosis and many other coronary diseases. When these fatty acids reach inside your body system it create free fundamental units there, which disturbs overall blood circulation of your body and hence becomes major cause for disturbance in your nervous system, and heart functions.

Low fat diet plan varies from person to person just according to their goals. Best healthy fats you can receive from seeds nuts, olives and avocados, you should make use of oils like flax and canola. In order to reduce intake of fats in your diet include vitamin C, starchy and fiber foods in your diet so as to burn fats and reduce over weight.

All the citrus fruits such as lemon, oranges and grapefruit should be taken along with cabbage, carrot, broccoli, watermelon, Apple and blue berries. While making salad for low fat diet make use of lemon juice, tomato juice, vinegar, pepper, mustard seeds, nuts such as almonds or walnuts, green leaves, dates, spices, mint or coriander, green leaves and so on but, do not make use of salad cream as it is rich in high content of fats. All these items contain limited fats which are not harmful for our healthy lifestyle.

You can take any kind of vegetable soups which will provide your body essential quantity of fats, make sure that you do not boil the vegetables for longer time as it will destroy the actual nutrients of the food. Only skimmed milk should be used as it does not contain excess fats.
